These supports are meant to come into contact with unbroken skin only, are intended for a single patient, and are reusable. Do not wear with any creams or other substances that could react with the material. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure of your condition or if you are sensitive to neoprene or any other material listed in the “material” details box. Do not use it if you have latex or rubber-based sensitive skin. After the first use, we recommend removing the support after one hour use to ensure that you are not sensitive to any materials used in the product. If the brace is too tight, we recommend exchanging the product for a better fit. Tight-fitting can cause discomfort. The straps should overlap the material and the underside should not be exposed to the skin. The supports are simple to fit and function well if the instructions for use are followed. Hand wash the support regularly.
Ideal for multiple conditions – your thumb support is ideal for relieving pain from thumb sprains and fractures, thumb tendonitis, De Quervain’s, and trigger thumb.
Provides all day comfort – the lightweight design makes it comfortable to wear without restricting finger movement whilst the wrist strap provides support to the wrist area.
Thumb protection – This thumb splint contains a thin metal stay, that provides gentle support to the thumb following injuries without compromising mobility, helping to keep the thumb supported whilst you carry on with every day tasks.
Easy sizing – measure your wrist circumference in centimetres (see picture) and choose Small (12-16), Medium (16-20), Large ( 20-24) and either right or left.
